What if I am late for my appointment?

While we understand, that being late is an essential part of life and you cannot plan your schedule perfectly every time, we encourage you to! Our salon uses the “academic quart” (15 extra minutes) into account when scheduling your appointment. But we expect you not to abuse that to a point when you’re constantly late disrupts our entire scheme.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Personal checks are also accepted with identification and are subject to a $25 return check fee.

Can I use my cell phone at the salon?

We realize that thanks to today’s world fast rhythm, people require the use of a cell phone. However, we request that you do not talk on your cell phone while at the salon. To make sure you have the most relaxing and pleasurable experience possible, we ask that you please take this time to enjoy yourself and be pampered.

What is the Customer Loyalty Program?

That is our special offers & loyalty club for regular visitors, which allows you to be entitled to regular discounts. The more you visit us, the more will your discount gradually become.
